Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, the Director will be joining a growing team that will establish, strengthen, and steward Energy Foundation funders who are operating at the pinnacle of the donor ecosystem and who are passionate about developing solutions to address one of the most significant and urgent issues facing humankind. Additionally, the Director will help support and build the Energy Foundation’s brand and visibility in the funding community—especially with high net-worth individuals and staffed foundations.
The Program Associate’s (PA) primary responsibility is to support the Coal Program’s work in its execution of grants. The PA will set up meetings with grantees and funders, track and manage the program budget, review grant proposals, write reports, and communicate with grantees and funders on a variety of issues. The PA works within the coal program with close collaboration with multiple teams and programs.
The Program Associate’s (PA) primary responsibility is to support the Senior Campaign Strategist who develops and manages priority state and federal public engagement campaigns. The PA will manage and assist with calendaring, tracking program budget, reviewing grant proposals, writing reports, monitoring the grant cycle, and communicating with grantees and funders on a variety of needs and issues. While the PA typically works within Public Engagement, collaboration and coordination across programs is expected.
The Program Director will build public demand for clean energy and climate policies in the Interior West, a region with high potential to develop meaningful initiatives.
The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to provide a professional and welcoming greeting to callers and guests of the Energy Foundation. As the first point of contact for guests, the Receptionist is responsible for representing the foundation in a professional, service-oriented manner. The Receptionist manages basic facilities for the organization and ensures that employees’ back-office needs are met.
The Revenue Accountant’s primary responsibility is to prepare proposal budgets and reports, process and track all revenue from the foundation’s funding partners, and respond to internal and external special requests related to grant awards and grantmaking.
The Program Director, Clean Power will be responsible for managing Clean Power Program team, managing grants for power-related initiatives, supervising renewables-related initiatives, and making sure cross-cutting initiatives well coordinated. This position is based in the Energy Foundation China office in Beijing.
