Elizabeth Thomas manages strategy development and implementation. She designs systems for tracking grantee progress and synthesizes that information for communication to key stakeholders. Elizabeth leads on cross-team alignment and integration with the Policy, Operations, Strategic Partnership, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams, and supports the Senior Vice President, Programs, in developing and tracking organizational budgets.
Previously, Elizabeth worked at Peninsula Open Space Trust as the Grants and Government Relations Manager. Prior to that, she worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, for Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown on environmental issues.
