Phuong supports the efficiency of grantmaking processes and systems for multiple departments, grantees, and applicants, and provides assistance at multiple stages of the grants lifecycle. As a point of contact and partner to program colleagues, Phuong is familiar with the foundation’s funding areas and best practices in grantmaking, data management, and legal compliance.
Previously, Phuong worked at the Central Valley Community Foundation (CVCF) as a Program Associate, where she provided timely support to staff managing programs and projects and communicated with external parties to facilitate programmatic grants, scholarships, and accounts payable transactions. Prior to that role, Phuong was a Staff Accountant with CVCF and performed a variety of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial control monitoring duties, and also previously served as a Grants & Finance Associate with CVCF.
