Jessica Tritsch

Program Director, Building Decarbonization

Jessica leads the strategy development and campaign design for EF’s work federally and in states to reduce emissions from new and existing buildings. She coordinates closely with the National Policy team, the States and Regions Program, and the Strategic Communications team to co-develop, fundraise, and implement a strategy to transition toward all-electric buildings. Jessica plays an influential role as a convenor to engage state and regional campaigns, grantees, and stakeholder groups in the business, government, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors.

Most recently, Jessica worked in various roles with the Sierra Club, including as the Campaign Director for Building Electrification, where she led the campaign strategy, planning, design, and evaluation for the organization’s national Building Electrification campaign, and supervised and mentored campaign staff. Jessica also served as a Senior Organizing Representative and Senior Campaign Representative at the Sierra Club, working to retire coal plants and stop new fossil gas plants. Prior to that, she worked with Reading to Kids, a grassroots nonprofit literacy organization, as a program director.
