Pedro Morillas

Program Director, Midwest Campaigns

Pedro Morillas develops and funds policy strategies that will achieve ambitious, equitable, and regionally-aligned policy goals in the power, transportation, climate, industry, and building sectors in the Midwest, a high-potential region for achieving meaningful policy progress. He works with internal and external partners to continually evaluate policies based on emissions-reduction potential, technical and market viability, and collaboration prospects important to securing durable and equitable clean energy and climate progress.

Prior to EF, Pedro served as the Director of State Campaigns for the Economic Security Project, where he provided strategic campaign advice to local organizations and supported foundation fundraising efforts by recruiting state and national donors. He has also managed field, digital, and traditional communications for groups ranging from Everytown for Gun Safety to the Declaration for American Democracy Coalition.
