Sage Bedell is a member of EF’s Grants Management team. With expertise in grants management systems, Sage provides invaluable partnership to the team and Program staff. He researches new system features, identifies areas for system improvement, and assists in managing the development roadmap. In addition to his system management responsibilities, Sage develops training programs, documentation, and processes. He focuses on grants processing, grant practice, employee onboarding support, and enhancing existing strategies. Sage is dedicated to promoting effective grantmaking and maximizing technology utilization in service of EF’s mission.
Before joining EF, Sage worked with Natural Resources Defense Council as a Salesforce Administrator, where he developed improvements to the donation and marketing database, trained and coached teammates on agile software development, implemented process improvements, and provided internal training and documentation. Sage also gained experience as a Salesforce Administrator at Change for Kids in New York, and worked with customer relations management databases in various healthcare organizations.
