Vic Swaney oversees all of the Midwest grants and contracts, and manages the Midwest program associates. She manages the annual planning and budget creation processes for the region along with the coordination of projects that cut across the full Midwest team.
Prior to joining U.S. Energy Foundation staff, Vic served as Financial Coordinator for the Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health and Wellbeing at Northwestern University. She worked closely with faculty to track spending and budgeting for their grants which focused on SGM health research. Prior to that, Vic worked in the Neurology Department as well as the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University.
