The Program Associate’s (PA) primary responsibility is to support the work of the Power Program team on the execution of grants, as well as providing administrative support. The PA will assist with tracking the program budget, reviewing grant proposals, writing reports, monitoring the grant cycle, and communicating with grantees, and other funders. The Energy Foundation China (EFC) Program Associate is responsible for providing a wide variety of research, programmatic, and administrative support for the EFC Senior Vice President and the EFC Program Manager in the San Francisco, CA, office. The Program Associate will serve as a link between the three-person U.S. office team and the Beijing, China, office team of 38 staff, especially related to scheduling and coordination of grants, reporting procedures, and scheduled events.
