Adriane supports the West team in planning and managing projects and budgets, making and administering grants, and working with advocates and other partners to execute strategies and projects. She manages projects within and outside the team, develops and implements systems and processes to facilitate internal and external collaboration, provides administrative support to the team, and plans and supports meetings, conferences, and other events.
Prior to joining EF, Adriane served as a Project Manager at Cerabus Corp, where she assisted with market research and supported the business development team through project management and budget tracking. Adriane also was previously a Scholarship Programs Manager with First Command Educational Foundation, where she built and managed a diverse portfolio of grantmaking programs that served veterans and military families, developed and implemented evaluation metrics, and supervised staff and volunteers.
