Araceli Vazquez assists in the development and deployment of the California Campaigns’ strategies. She administers grants, manages the program budget, and communicates with grantees and funders.
Araceli was previously the District Field Representative/Policy Liaison to former Assembly Democratic Majority Leader V. Manuel Perez (Coachella, 56th AD). While there, she executed an affordable housing forum, organized a round table with the Clinton Health Matters Initiative on the Salton Sea and air quality in the Coachella Valley, and staffed local policy issues including water quality, geothermal resources, renewable energy, public safety, affordable housing, health, and education. Since 2012, she has worked on various assembly and local city council campaigns in the Coachella Valley.
