As Grants Systems Manager, Beth provides invaluable partnership to the Grants Management team as well as Programs staff and other stakeholders in the form of training on grants processing, supporting employee onboarding efforts, documenting best practices, and improving existing processes as well as developing new processes. Beth also develops and presents trainings, documentation, and other collateral materials to promote understanding of how to effectively make grants at EF in service of our mission.
Beth previously served as Board Liaison at The SF Market, a nonprofit that oversees the San Francisco Wholesale Produce Market. Prior to that, Beth was a temporary Grants Analyst with EF, and at the San Francisco School of Needlework & Design. She has also acted as a grants database administrator for several other philanthropic organizations, including The David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
