Dawn supports the grantmaking processes and team members to evaluate and implement creative solutions to improve post-award administration, compliance, and fiscal management of grants. She works closely with Program staff, Operations staff, and the Finance team, and maintains effective relationships with grantees and vendors.
Prior to joining EF, Dawn worked at New Energy Nexus, where she ran a grants program, led onboarding, and served as the primary database administrator to ensure grant compliance. Previously, she served as an Administrative Associate with the Goldman Environmental Foundation, and supported finance and human resources processes, helped manage grants, and coordinated events.
