Erin Middleton is responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies, processes, practices, and programmatic learning that embed and integrate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) into the fabric of U.S. Energy Foundation. She works with leaders across the organization and with external stakeholders to integrate DEI strategies, and to deliver high-level results in support of the foundation’s mission, vision, and values.
Erin’s previous roles included serving as a Community Outreach Specialist at the Community Food and Justice Coalition, Manager for the Northern California Solar Association, and consulting to the United Nations Environment Program in Paris. She currently teaches peer-to-peer counseling in the Bay Area that centers liberation and work to end all oppressions.
