
Flora Adamian supports EF’s Building Decarbonization Program by making and administering grants, and by working with advocates to execute strategies and projects. Flora arranges meetings with grantees, consultants, and funders; manages the program budget; reviews grant proposals; and manages incoming communications and requests to the team. Additionally, she provides administrative support to the team and implements systems and processes to facilitate internal and external collaboration.
Flora brings several years of media experience, both in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, Flora served as a Sustainability Associate for EQT Group in Sweden where she worked on the collection and analysis of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data, research on global sustainability policies for firms, due diligence reports, and internal communications. In Washington, DC, Flora was a research intern for the German Marshall Fund, where she tracked disinformation campaigns and analyzed countries’ manipulation of search engine results. Prior to this, Flora was a press assistant for the U.S House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means.
