As the Foundation’s Salesforce Architect and Senior Administrator, Jeff manages the development of EF’s core business system. He works closely with leaders, organizational units, consultants, and subject-matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes for fundraising, grants management, programs, and finance.
Jeff previously served as a Salesforce consultant to nonprofits with Exponent Partners and Idealist Consulting. He has designed and built systems on the Salesforce platform to fit best practices and business processes in order to support progressive organizations to do their work with more efficiency and impact. Prior to that, spent two decades in youth development and education. He served as Associate Director for Enrollment and Operations Management at The English Center, was the Programs Manager for Leadership and Professional Development at the San Francisco Education Fund, and was a high school teacher at MetWest High School in Oakland.
