Leena Jones supports the grantmaking processes and team members to evaluate and implement creative solutions to improve post-award administration, compliance, and fiscal management of grants. She works closely with Program staff, Operations staff, and the Finance team, and maintains effective relationships with grantees and vendors.
Leena previously supported grantees and program officers by processing grants accurately and efficiently as a grants associate at Open Philanthropy. Prior to this, Leena served as an Enterprise Account Executive at Blackbaud, Inc. where she led change in the nonprofit sector by helping clients solve critical business issues and implement strategic initiatives.
