Olivia Leos supports EF’s Clean Power Program, including making and administering grants, preparing and managing funder materials, and maintaining budgets. Olivia works with advocates and other partners to execute strategies and projects, reviews grant proposals, and manages incoming communications and requests to the team. Additionally, Olivia provides administrative support to the team and implements systems and processes to facilitate internal and external collaboration.
Olivia previously served as a Project Associate for Environmental Incentives, where she provided technical skills in data and evidence-driven assessments and briefs to inform design and implementation, and researched climate change and biodiversity topics, such as adaptation and mitigation, nature-based solutions, and threats to biodiversity. Prior to this, Olivia directed projects and campaigns to accelerate achievement of energy efficiency as a Senior Policy Associate for the Alliance to Save Energy.
