Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Leadership

Susan Frank designs and stewards strategies and campaigns to grow the network of donors supporting work to advance clean energy and climate policies, while building and protecting U.S. Energy Foundation’s brand and visibility in the funding community. In addition to her external donor engagement role, she oversees funder-related operations and organization-wide communications, and leads the Foundation’s internal staff Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Better World Group, Susan held multiple positions at a California-based foundation that focused on environmental and medical science issues, serving as the Director of Environmental Programs, Vice President of Public Policy, and, ultimately, as President and CEO. Susan started out her career with the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce, where she served as President and CEO.
