Tania Noguera supports the work of the Clean Transportation team at U.S. Energy Foundation. She administers grants, manages the program budget, and communicates with grantees and funders.
Previously, Tania worked as the Social Enterprise Development Officer for Light Up the World (LUTW), where she created and implemented an agent network for the sale of solar power systems in off-grid Andean communities in Peru. Prior to that, Tania served as the Communications Manager and Development Associate for AIDA, a legal nonprofit that provides free legal advice to communities and grassroots organizations in Latin America.
