In her role as Manager, Funder Relations, Zoe Rudman supports a variety of operations, communications, and other projects and assignments related to the cultivation, solicitation, and engagement of existing and prospective funders. In addition to working with the Strategic Partnerships team, Zoe collaborates with EF program colleagues and teams on funder-related projects and contributes to other institutional efforts.
Prior to joining EF staff, Zoe was the Member Engagement Associate for Northern California Grantmakers, managing all membership logistics for 200+ member organizations. She previously worked as an intern for Kiva, working to expand access to crowdfunded capital for socially impactful small businesses in the U.S. She also was a Hansard Scholars Programme intern for Caroline Flint, a Member of Parliament in the U.K.
